The University of Chicago baseball team secured an 11-3 victory over Illinois Tech in a dominating performance at Rate Field. The Maroons showcased a deep pitching staff, only allowing two runs over six innings, with relievers Mike Sosna and Grant Tenuta combining for seven strikeouts in the final three innings. UChicago’s offense capitalized on 11 hits, five stolen bases, and three Illinois Tech errors.
