Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a 30-hour ceasefire in Ukraine as part of an “Easter truce”, ordering all military operations to stop during this period. Zelenskyy criticized the length of Putin’s ceasefire, stating that 30 hours are not enough for genuine confidence-building measures. He called for a 30-day pause to give peace a chance.
