The 2025 Illinois Shakespeare Festival season tickets are now on sale, marking the first season under the artistic direction of Robert Quinlan, who took over from John Stark. The festival will include two Shakespeare plays, “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” and “Hamlet,” along with a production of Oscar Wilde’s “The Importance of Being Earnest,” directed by Quinlan. The festival will open on June 25 with “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” directed by Kim McKean, followed by “The Importance of Being Earnest” on June 27, and “Hamlet,” directed by Vanessa Stalling, on July 12.
