Former Lady Techster All-American Nora Lewis will be part of the inaugural class of the Illinois Sports Hall of Fame on June 13, 2025. Lewis had a successful career at Louisiana Tech, earning All-American honors in high school and college. During her time at Louisiana Tech, she helped lead the Lady Techsters to multiple Final Four appearances and a national championship. Lewis finished her career with impressive stats, including 1,760 points and 1,071 rebounds. Her jersey now hangs in the rafters of the Thomas Assembly Center and she was inducted into the Louisiana Tech Sports Hall of Fame in 2015.
