Lakeisha Collins has introduced a bill to establish the Fantasy Sports Consumer Protection Act, which would regulate the DFS industry in the state.
Raoul emphasized the importance of using licensed sports betting services and reading the details of promotional offers to ensure transparency and legality. Bovada has faced similar cease-and-desist notices in other states recently, prompting the company to restrict access in multiple states.
