Wooten secures victory amidst challenging day for women’s tennis squad


Eastern Illinois women’s tennis team faced two tough matches on Friday against Bowling Green and Ball State. Despite a strong effort, the Panthers were unable to secure a victory in either contest. Against Bowling Green, the team fell 4-0 with three matches left unfinished due to time constraints. They also lost 6-1 to Ball State, with Aleyla Wooten earning a win at No. 1 singles.
