Janet Fortag, a beloved member of the Centralia community, passed away peacefully at the age of 79. Known for her love of Elvis Presley, John Wayne, and animals, Janet leaves behind a lasting legacy through her daughters, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Her family is accepting donations to assist with cremation expenses, in honor of her final wishes.
Born to David and Wanda Collinsworth in 1945, Janet’s memory will be cherished by all who knew her. She is survived by her daughters, Dava and Tammy, her brother David, and a large extended family. Janet’s love for her late son Jason and sister Andrea lives on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
