A delegation from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) of Taiwan visited Tokyo Tech in June, led by President Chi-Hung Lin. The discussions also touched on recent developments at Tokyo Tech, including a merger with Tokyo Medical and Dental University and plans to establish the Institute of Science Tokyo in 2024. The meeting was seen as a promising opportunity for further cooperation between NYCU and Tokyo Tech, with a shared vision of deeper collaboration between engineering and medical disciplines. Both sides expressed a commitment to strengthening their partnership for mutual benefit in the coming years.
