A crash on Sunday morning near 1st Avenue on the Stevenson Expressway caused delays for commuters. The Illinois State Police reported that a semi-truck jackknifed in the outbound lanes of I-55 around 7:30 a.m., blocking all lanes of traffic. As of 9 a.m., traffic was backed up to Central Avenue in Summit with all vehicles being diverted off onto Harlem Avenue.
